Silver glitter, on your darkest hour.

It's not wrong to pound faster,
Just like it's not unjust to stop.
As you feel the rush, don't ignore it
For that would only cause pain. You feel it,
A disarray in your thought process.

As the moment passes
You curse yourself for not being driven simply
By hardcore reflexes.
You'd rather dive than to fall...
Now wouldn't you?Forget?

But it's not that simple.
For when you're sitting facing the waning moon, you wonder
Or your mind simply wanders, you know not;
For once in, you're unable to stop.

So you blink.
Your vision is fogged up.
You can't think straight.
But this is a different addiction.
Merely triggered by the first.

You're held a hostage within it's captivating
soul.
While you believe that you've fallen for
it's fathomless eyes, unlike last time
Have you jumped across, yet only
To get to the darker side?

But, you know not.

For you only see straight.
From a delusional point of view
And everything is finally perfect
For you believe, you gave into your reflexes.

It's probably like silver glitter,

Only on your darkest hour.
And that's the only dash of light you see
For you only see the moon wane once
And there-after you are unable to decode.
